    Our ESP has fully re-instantiated our services and Notocat works as usual now. Many apologies for the extended downtime.

    The ESP support team misled us and seemed to forget to activate our account. Please bear with us while we push them a bit more.

    Our Email Service Provider reached out and re-activated our account. It was wrongly de-activated in the first place and we are reaching out for further clarification.

    In the meantime, the service is back online and you can send and create newsletters.

    We might still experience some issues calculating the opens and clicks metrics in some instances, but we're working on getting that sorted asap.

    Unfortunately, our Email Service Provider is still ignoring our requests to look into our case. We are hoping to get some resolution today.

    - Domain settings
    - Creating newsletters
    - Tracking analytics
    - Sending tests and newsletters

    Everything else, including subscription forms, continue to work as expected.

    This is still ongoing and we are trying to get hold of our email provider. In the meantime, we are exploring migration options to other providers.
